2. Stay Active
Trust me, even a brisk stroll between calls can spark an epiphany or two. Plus, it's a solid excuse to get out of the office chair! Personally, I love yoga, both the very active variations and the more meditative and restorative types.🚶‍♂️🔥

3. Eat Wisely
Our bodies are akin to the engines that keep our businesses running; it's only logical to fuel it with the good stuff. You wouldn’t fill a Ferrari with low-grade petrol, would you? 🥗💪
