Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about making money. Any good business should be making money so it can thrive and continue to provide valuable products and services for their customers.

Still, a business should be about MORE than JUST making money.

Some years ago, I worked with a company that used to have a great philosophy about changing the world. But something happened. The owners sold the company, they changed management, and over the years the company ended up with just one purpose – to make money. And that’s when it all fell apart. People left, me too, and today the company is just a shadow of what it used to be.

I don’t want to be in a POOR business. I want to be in a business where people thrive. Where they have a bigger purpose than JUST making money. And not only SAYING that they have a bigger purpose but doing it and living it.

Combining an amazing business model with life changing products and GOOD PEOPLE is the foundation of a RICH business.

I’m done with the poor businesses. I’m so happy to be in the richest business in the world, a business where we truly «better people’s lives and are a force for good in the world»

That’s the way to thrive. That’s the way to have fun. That’s the way to make money and reach goals!
