My business story
Employee and employer
After engineering school I started in my first job developing electronics in a small company. But I wanted more. I wanted to create something, and I wanted more freedom and possibilities than what being an employee could give me.
So, in 1991 I started my first company, developing advanced systems for the telecom industry. With 85 employees and customers in 25 countries, the company was a success.
But for me personally, I never got the freedom I wanted. After 8 years tired of constantly having the longest working hours in the company, and burnt out of the constant stress taking care of employees, customers and investors.
I just had to get out, and finally sold my shares and quit.
Finding freedom
I took some time off to figure out what to do next. I did not want to start another "traditional" company with employees and stress. And I could not see myself going back to working for someone else either, in a normal job.
So, I was looking for something smarter, and that's when I was introduced to the idea of becoming a professional network marketer. I had been working with network marketing as a side business for 15 years, mostly as a hobby.
But now, when I looked more into the possibilities, I understood how genius that business model is. When done right, with an ethical company and great products that people crave, it's by far the best business to create a freedom lifestyle.
Looking back, the last 20+ years since upgraded from a hobby network marketer to a professional network marketer, has been the best years in my life.
A business of helping others
As you understand, for me it's all about freedom. The freedom to set my own working hours, to use my creativity to the fullest, and to know and feel that there is no upper limits on what I can earn and achieve.
My passion is to help people be the best they can be. This business is all about coaching and helping others. In fact, you can only be successful if you help others to be successful. It's truly a win-win business! Over the years I have built organizations counting over 50.000 people in over 30 countries.
Behind these numbers are probably over hundred thousand people having gotten significant benefits from the products. And equally important the thousands that have build a small, or big business for themselves. For many, it has been the start of a carrier as an entrepreneur. For others it has been the source of a great side income, or to a life with time and financial freedom.

I'm a success coach, my job is to help people who is ready for a positive change in life to get started and to thrive. What freedom means to me
I live in Oslo, in the beautiful country of Norway. My business, however, is currently in over 30 countries. Working online, I can be anywhere in the world doing this business. And during the pandemic that have damaged so many businesses and where millions have lost their jobs, our business have had a new record year. It's amazing!
Even if I can work 100% from home, I travel a lot. I don't have to, but I do it because I can. And because I want to! Travelling and seeing new places, meeting new people, tasting new food is one of my biggest joys in life.
I guess that's why I am so focused on the freedom this smart business can give people. Being in charge of their own time, go on vacations when they like without having to ask their boss for time off is great. And even better, to have the money to do it.
Business success is not all about the money. For me it's even more about doing things I really like and to use my creativity and energy to make a difference for others.
I thrive when I learn new things, about business, life, mindset, spirituality, health, travelling, communication, technology, music, and more. Personal growth has always been a passion. And I believe that's why I also love passing it on, coaching others to be the best they can be.
